ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. The whole process takes less than two minutes.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted and completely secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@luvyboutique.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering? Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
SHIPPING
Do you charge for shipping? Never. Every order ships free across Canada, no minimum required and no exceptions.
Which carrier do you use? We ship all orders with Canada Post. Every shipment is tracked so you always know exactly where your order is.
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days after dispatch depending on your location in Canada. Remote and rural areas may require a few additional days.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package directly at canadapost.ca at any time.
Do you ship outside of Canada? At this time we ship exclusively within Canada. We are proud to serve customers from coast to coast.
My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do? If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@luvyboutique.com and we will look into it immediately. Canada Post delays during peak periods can occasionally occur and we will always do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day worry-free return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take care of it.
What condition do items need to be in for a return? Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns must include your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at info@luvyboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will walk you through the process and make it as easy as possible.
How long does my refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and we will send you a confirmation email the moment it is done.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping entirely. No questions asked.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do? We are so sorry if that happened. Please email us immediately at info@luvyboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right straight away, at no cost to you.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed and comfortable fit.
Do your clothes run true to size? Most of our pieces run true to size. Where a style fits differently, we note it clearly on the product page. If you are ever unsure, do not hesitate to contact us before ordering and we will guide you personally.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it? Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@luvyboutique.com and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.
PRODUCTS
Where are your products sourced from? Every piece in our collection is handpicked by our team in Montreal. We select styles that meet our standards for quality, elegance, and fit for the modern Canadian woman. We are selective by design. If it does not meet our standard, it does not make it to you.
Are your product photos accurate? We do our best to represent colours and details as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and calibration. If you have any questions about a specific product, contact us before ordering.
Will sold-out items come back in stock? Some styles are restocked and some are not. If you have your eye on something that is sold out, email us at info@luvyboutique.com and we will let you know if and when it becomes available again.
